Healthy Coconut Pancakes

Coconut Pancakes

I have pancakes several times a week! They’re my favorite healthy breakfast!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
3/4 cup egg whites
2 tbsp protein powder to thicken them up (any flavor)
Top with organic shredded coconut and Walden’s farm syrup or some honey!

Directions: blend all ingredients except for toppings in a blender and turn into a batter! Cook just like pancakes!

For those doing the fix this is 1 yellow, 1 red and 1 orange for the shredded coconut (does not factor in any toppings but Waldens farm is a freebie in my eyes ;))
