Hello personal pan pizza that isn’t going to make me feel bloated, squishy or guilty!

Ingredients:
1 whole wheat tortilla shell
3-4 tbsp tomato paste (only ingredients should be tomatoes and maybe citric acid for freshness ✌️)
4-6 turkey pepperonis
Spinach
1/8 cup Vegan cheese or mozzarella cheese

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 475
2. Spread paste on the shell, layer the rest of the ingredients
3. Place straight on the rack
4. Cook for 8-12 minutes or until the edges are browned πŸ™‚

Tip – don’t place on a baking sheet or the bottom will burn πŸ˜‰
